Chef Position Overview

Our culinary team is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef to deliver exceptional food experiences in the Central Coast region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes for residents
  • Manage stock ordering, rotation, merchandising, and stocktaking to maintain a seamless kitchen operation
  • Maintain a clean working environment adhering to food safety practices
  • Develop and refine menus to cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements
  • Provide fast and effective service with a positive attitude, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Previous experience as a chef or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Warm and friendly energy, essential for providing exceptional resident experiences
  • Punctuality and reliability, critical for maintaining a well-organized kitchen and delivering on time promises
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, time management, and attention to detail, vital for success in this role
  • Adherence to food and general safety practices, including national certifications such as Food Safety Certificate
