Senior Patient Care Specialist

The ideal candidate is an experienced and compassionate healthcare professional with advanced clinical skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
In this role, your duties will include:
- Providing routine, urgent, and emergency care.
- Triage and providing medical advice to patients within scope.
- Performing vital signs, drawing blood, and collecting urine samples.
- Managing administrative tasks, including mail and laboratory reports.
- Responding to emergency situations as needed.
- Maintaining clinics in a manner suitable for dispensing care.
You will also direct administrative needs, liaise with Government Contract Officer Technical Representative (COTR) in clinic administration, and maintain current CPR certification.
Requirements
- Australian citizenship required.
- Medical license to practice nursing in Australia.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum five years experience working as a registered nurse.
- Three years experience managing, supervising, and evaluating nursing staff.
Work Arrangements
This role is located in Alice Springs at a 4,400-acre facility with approximately 687,000 square feet of mission and support space. Onsite work expected 100%.
