Maintenance Operations Coordinator

As a key member of our aviation operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless aircraft maintenance and delivery. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to maintain the efficiency of our MRO reception, coordinating with various departments to achieve on-time completion of work packs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with welcoming customers and responding to queries via phone or in person, providing top-notch customer service at all times.
  • Monitor accounts (debtors) and process preliminary invoices and commercial reports in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant completion of work packs for aircraft maintenance, regulatory compliance, and invoicing.
  • Compile and maintain required aircraft-related paperwork to facilitate timely data entry relating to aircraft hours and landing, work required and actioned, serialized components/items, completion date.
  • Process aircraft parts and materials to meet maintenance facility requirements, achieving compliant, on-time, and cost-effective receipt and dispatch of materials and parts.
  • Develop relationships with external suppliers to ensure efficient delivery of services meeting customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask and deliver multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, with the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills to manage competing demands and deadlines.
  • Previous experience in Administration is advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided.
  • Able to work in a diverse team environment as well as autonomously, with some understanding and experience in a work environment preferred.
