Support Worker Role

Are you a compassionate and empathetic individual who is passionate about enhancing the lives of older people?

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and live with dignity.

  • Assist with daily living tasks, offer emotional support, and provide meaningful companionship.
  • Ensure clients feel safe, respected, and valued in the comfort of their own environment.

You will work Monday, Thursday, and Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., providing domestic assistance, meal preparation, personal care support, social engagement, and transport services.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid NSW Driver's Licence.
  • Reliable NSW C Class Motor Vehicle for travel between customer locations.
  • A current accredited First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain).
  • COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations (highly recommended).
  • Basic computer and smartphone literacy.

Desirable qualifications include previous experience in Home Care or Disability Support, and Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging, Home, and Community).
