The Role

We are seeking an experienced Social Impact Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance fundraising and promote Guide Dogs SA/NT's services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive fundraising initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute operational business plans and strategies to deliver on strategic objectives.
  • Support the production of marketing materials from design briefs through to print, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency.
  • Coordinate activations and events from concept to execution, demonstrating creativity and innovative thinking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, establishing credibility and trust.
  • Prioritise workload, manage multiple projects, and meet timelines within budget constraints.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, with relevant hands-on experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing principles, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and contexts.
  • Experience in coordinating marketing activities, events, and activations, with a focus on creativity, innovation, and results-driven approaches.
  • Ability to work autonomously, establish credibility, and effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

About You

As a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional, you will possess a strong understanding of marketing principles, a passion for making a difference, and excellent communication skills. Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
