Role Summary

This position entails leading and managing a diverse portfolio of programs within the Allied Health discipline. You will be responsible for overseeing teams, planning, budgeting, and driving service quality and innovation.

The ideal candidate will possess strong operational management skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to excellence in client-centred care. They should also have a proven track record in coaching, mentoring, and managing multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Allied Health teams and funded programs
  • Drive service quality, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards
  • Develop strategic plans, budgets, and marketing initiatives
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Allied Health and current registration with relevant professional body
  • Minimum 3+ years in a leadership/management role within Allied Health
  • Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Check, National Police Check, and Driver's Licence
