Delivering exceptional service and making every guest feel welcome is key to this role. As a Casual Hotel All-Rounder, you'll work across our Front Office & Food & Beverage operations ensuring every day is different and exciting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service from check-in to check-out and everywhere in between.
  • First Point of Contact: Often be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Shifts in Food & Beverage & Front Desk: Work varied shifts in our cafe, preparing and delivering food, and maintaining guest accounts.
  • Complete a wide variety of hotel tasks including selling hotel facilities, making coffees and snacks, and assisting with guest accounts.
  • Provide knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times.
  • Assist guests at our self-check-in kiosks and ensure non-ALL members are briefed on features and benefits.
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a Hotel environment.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office and Opera.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues.
  • Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation.
  • Natural ability to surprise guests with authentic guest service.
  • Genuine customer service focus and dedication to making guests smile.
  • Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) or willingness to obtain one before starting.
  • Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
