Our flagship hospital at Fairy Meadow offers 24/7 care for patients, world-class facilities, and expert mentors to guide you through both General Practice and Emergency Medicine.
Program Overview
- Year 1: Develop confidence and clinical skills through structured modules, hands-on experience, and mentorship in a supportive General Practice setting.
- Year 2: Transition into Emergency Medicine with a tailored program including:
- 64 hours of clinical work + 12 hours of paid study per fortnight
- Completion of advanced modules via our internal CE offerings
- One-on-one mentoring with an experienced Emergency Veterinarian per fortnight
- Access to education and training resources, including Wet Pracs, workshops, and clinical symposiums
You'll be part of a national graduate cohort, creating a strong support network of peers to share your journey, challenges, and wins.
Mentoring & Support
Pairing with a dedicated mentor and support from your in-clinic team and Regional Clinical Director ensure your success in this program.
Career Development
Upon completion, explore opportunities in leadership, memberships, specialty training, or business ownership.
