Aboriginal Community Program Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Program Lead - Indigenous Access to lead our team in delivering programs that strengthen the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
This is a unique opportunity to utilise your experience in program delivery, policy implementation, or service reform in Indigenous health or community services, and your cultural knowledge to communicate sensitively with First Nations peoples.
- Lead and mentor staff across Indigenous Access programs to ensure culturally safe, person-centred services.
- Oversee the implementation of our Aged Care Sector Development workplan, building strong relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations, community members, and Elders.
- Contribute to the development of culturally sensitive services that align with community needs and national reform priorities.
To be successful in this role, you will identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, have a passion for community empowerment and cultural leadership, and hold a relevant qualification in Health, Social Sciences, or a related field. You will also require demonstrated experience in program leadership, especially within Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander contexts.
