Customer Service and Sales Professional


The San Telmo Group's Palermo restaurant is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a customer service and sales professional. This role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences, upselling, explaining menu concepts, cleaning tables, serving wine, and providing general support to ensure seamless dining experiences.


 


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and politely to customers' needs and requests
  • Sell beverages and food to customers, suggesting menu items and promotions to enhance sales
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

 


Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and exceeding targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage products, with a willingness to learn and develop expertise
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
