The opportunity exists for an experienced educator to join our centre as part of a dedicated team of professionals.

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated professional who strives to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for young children. This involves providing high-quality care and education, promoting social, emotional, physical and cognitive development in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing engaging and inclusive learning programs that cater to diverse needs and interests;
  • Maintaining a safe, healthy and supportive learning environment that encourages children to take risks and explore their creativity;
  • Fostering strong relationships with children, families and colleagues to promote a sense of community and belonging;
  • Participating in regular meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices and improve teaching skills;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children's Services and have proven experience working in early childhood education. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.
