About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytics Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in data integration, data modelling, and experimentation platforms.

This role involves collaborating with marketing teams to translate their goals into actionable data solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and improving a data warehouse modelling strategy for marketing-related data.

The Senior Analytics Engineer will work closely with product engineering teams to instrument the product and capture relevant data points required to run marketing campaigns. Additionally, they will maintain data models of users combining various sources of data into a single unified view.

Requirements
  • Experience with data integration tooling such as CDPs, reverse ETLs, Airflow, etc.
  • Data modelling experience, i.e. advanced SQL knowledge as well as experience with DBT or other data transformation tools.
  • In-depth experience with experimentation platforms, with emphasis on measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
