Job Opportunity: Workshop Fitter

We are seeking a skilled mechanical expert to work in our Brisbane workshop. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills, who is self-motivated and able to adapt to new situations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Design and manufacture driveline components for automotive, commercial, off-highway, and industrial applications.
  • Operate manual lathes and welding equipment to assemble, weld, and balance driveshafts.
  • Perform general workshop duties as required, including maintenance and repair of machinery.
Requirements:
  • Well-developed fitting and machining skills obtained in a workshop environment.
  • Solid mechanical knowledge and experience operating manual lathes and welding equipment.
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility with job tasks and participate in ongoing training.
  • Demonstrated safety focus and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
