About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Experience Partner to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience and driving business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall experience.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and deliver HR initiatives that drive business results.
  • Lead investigations into grievances, underperformance, and disciplinary issues, ensuring due process is followed.
  • Support employees during periods of change, expansion, and restructuring, with a focus on employee experience.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve HR processes and develop innovative solutions to address root causes.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion, diversity, and belonging, celebrating employee differences and promoting employee well-being.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with employees, managers, and HR partners to build trust and drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR generalist roles, with a focus on employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver high-quality content.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop options and solutions with a delivery focus.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field, with a proven track record in group relationship management, employee relations, case management, and project work.
  • In-depth knowledge of Australian employment law, particularly the Fair Work Act and the National Employment Standards.
