About The Role

We're seeking a Recycling Attendant to join our team. As a Recycling Attendant, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a high level of tidiness and presentation of our premises. You'll ensure objects are either recycled or disposed of appropriately, inspect loads to direct drivers to the right recycling areas, and assist drivers and customers to unload contents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of tidiness and presentation of premises
  • Inspect loads to direct drivers to the right recycling areas
  • Assist drivers and customers to unload contents
  • Provide instructions for the separation of specified materials
  • Comply with Endeavour's Work Health and Safety policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

  • Flexibility and availability to cover shifts at short notice
  • A licence and own transport is highly recommended due to working across multiple sites
  • Attention to detail and ability to sort and stack items safely
  • Superb customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to move and lift items as required
  • Work with minimal supervision but with high levels of respect for others

Clearances Required

  • Current Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • A 'Fit 2 Work' National Police Check once onboarded
  • Licence and own transport essential due to limited public transport at some sites
