About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Program Support Officer to provide essential clerical and technical support for our aircraft maintenance program. This role is ideal for a recent graduate looking to gain experience at Alliance Airlines.
As a key member of our Maintenance Program team, you will be responsible for providing vital administrative support for planning major assembly shop visits and maintaining the shop visit schedule. You will also assist the Maintenance Program Engineer in gathering data for technical assessments and program improvement recommendations.
You will research, collect, and update technical data to ensure maintenance program compliance with the latest revisions. Additionally, you will review and incorporate historical operator data to support maintenance system alignment and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support for planning major assembly shop visits and maintaining the shop visit schedule.
- Assist the Maintenance Program Engineer in gathering data for technical assessments and program improvement recommendations.
- Research, collect, and update technical data to ensure maintenance program compliance with the latest revisions.

- A tertiary qualification in aviation, business, or engineering (or related field) preferred.
- Strong engineering knowledge/experience (desirable).
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills & exceptional attention to detail.
