The role of a Customer Service Officer offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of customers.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers achieve their banking goals. This involves exploring customers' needs through in-depth conversations, partnering with specialists within the branch, and providing support with transactions, digital literacy, and online banking needs.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in a customer service environment and the ability to achieve targets. You should also possess strong attention to detail, confidence in communicating with customers face-to-face and over the phone, and a drive for collaboration. Experience in the banking and finance industry is not essential but is desirable.

This permanent, part-time position is located in Gympie and offers a 40-hour roster per fortnight. The role requires flexibility and adaptability, as well as a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
