Job Title: Software Engineering Leader

We are seeking an exceptional Software Engineering Leader to spearhead the development and delivery of reliable, secure, and scalable technology products.

Responsibilities
  • Drive creative software solutions through design, development, and technical troubleshooting with innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Develop high-quality production code and review/debug code written by others to ensure excellence in software applications and systems.
  • Identify opportunities to eliminate or automate recurring issues, improving overall operational stability.
  • Lead evaluation sessions with vendors, startups, and internal teams to assess architectural designs, technical credentials, and applicability for use within existing systems.
  • Promote awareness and adoption of new technologies across Software Engineering communities.
  • Contribute to a team culture that fosters diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering concepts, formal training, or certification.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
  • Expert-level Java application development experience using Java 17 or higher, Spring Boot, NoSQL databases, relational databases, Kafka, and agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Advanced understanding of CI/CD, Application Resiliency, Security, and cloud native experience.
