Job Description

As a Personal Care Attendant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and high-performing team at our Central Resource Unit (CRU).

The CRU provides a flexible workforce to support our clinical units, offering a range of sites and specialties to choose from. You will work closely with clinical nurses to deliver great patient-centered care outcomes.

With the support of a dedicated CRU educator, you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills across various sites and clinical settings within Epworth Health.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a clinical setting, ideally within a hospital
  • Permanent residency or Australian citizenship
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
  • Teachable and willing to learn and grow professionally
  • Possess a strong understanding and background of patient-centered care
  • Able to maintain a high level of communication with patients, staff, and visitors
