Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalised care and assistance tailored to the unique needs of each Service User.
  • Support individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation.
  • Assist with community access, including transport.
  • Perform domestic assistance, including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting.
  • Foster a warm and trusting environment that promotes independence and dignity.
What you will bring:
  • Certificate III in Home and Community Care or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathy and compassion for individuals with varying needs.
  • Trustworthy and reliable.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • NDIS Worker Screen.
  • Working with Children's Check.
  • Current First Aid Certificate and CPR.
  • Driver's license.
  • Mobile phone.
