Light Vehicle Fitting Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Light Vehicle Fitter to join our team in the maintenance of mobile fleet and other equipment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing servicing, repair, and maintenance tasks in accordance with relevant documentation.

You will source technical information from available reference manuals, technical bulletins, OEM systems, and computer-based information platforms.

Good housekeeping standards must be maintained at all times, and you will provide technical information to staff and operations personnel.

Conducting technical inspections and job estimations is also an essential part of this role.

About Your Qualifications:

  • Automotive Trade (Light Vehicle Mechanical) or equivalent qualification
  • Post-trade experience working in the Mining or Heavy Earth Moving industry
  • Desirable: Experience in Vehicle Air Conditioning systems
  • Maintenance, breakdowns, component change outs, and servicing of Toyota vehicles
  • A commitment to health and safety protocols
