Landscaping Team Lead

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Landscaping Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our open spaces, ensuring they remain high quality and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership of a small team
  • Auditing, record keeping and reporting
  • Garden and tree planting
  • Mowing
  • Mulching
  • Pest and disease identification
  • Hedging and weeding

Requirements:

  • Great attitude, communication skills, organised, problem solver, friendly and approachable.
  • Drivers licence (manual)
  • MR vehicle licence (Preferred)
  • Construction Induction (White) Card
  • Cert III in Parks and Gardens or qualification in Horticulture / Arboriculture
  • Experience in Landscape Maintenance
  • A passion for working outdoors and improving the environment
