Data Insights Specialist

As a pivotal figure in the organization, you will support data management and analytical activities under the direction of the chief information officer.

This role involves working on various data sources related to general insurance, with key objectives such as developing and managing data intelligence strategies to support policy development, maintaining analytical processes to generate insights for policy positions, building and maintaining industry member networks to enhance services and organizational strategy, assisting in developing new datasets aligned with member interests, supporting general managers in achieving data strategies and objectives, and providing and presenting insights and visualization capabilities to support policy directorates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of data management software and techniques with Microsoft SQL skills.
  • Advanced capabilities in data management and statistical languages such as R or Python.
  • Expertise in Microsoft suite of products.
