**Job Title:** Site Supervisor
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned site supervisor to lead our piling teams. With over 50 years' experience in the industry, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of project policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise piling rigs and crews on site, ensuring efficient project setup and delivery according to engineering specifications.
- Communicate effectively with the crew, assign tasks, and maintain high work standards to boost morale and productivity.
- Evaluate crew compliance with project policies and procedures, OH&S policies, and company safety protocols.
- Liaise and work with site engineers to oversee project execution, ensuring quality and production meet project specifications and timelines.
- 5-10 years of experience in piling foundations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety, environmental issues, and employment standards.
- Ability to read and interpret plans and project specifications.
- Certifications: First Aid, Dogman/Riggers ticket, Construction Industry Safety Card, and current Driver's License.
