About the Role

Our team is responsible for ensuring that our stores are clean and well-maintained, providing a great experience for customers and colleagues alike. As a key member of this team, you will work alongside your colleagues to complete tasks allocated to you in the daily planner, such as sweeping the shop floor, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolleys, and team rooms, and emptying bins.

You will also be responsible for collecting trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas, working across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs, and assisting customers in-store by answering questions or providing directions.

We offer full training in operating a variety of equipment and tools that make your job easier and safer, including physical fitness assessments and certification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete tasks allocated to you in the daily planner
  • Collecting trolleys on foot from the car park and surrounding areas
  • Work across departments to deliver specific cleaning needs
  • Assist customers in-store by answering questions or providing directions

In addition to these key responsibilities, we require employees in this role to have an ambitious mindset, a love of retail, and a passion for people. You will need to be physically fit, able to stand for long periods, and lift loads between 5-10 kg.
