Procurement Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Support Specialist to streamline our purchasing operations, manage procurement activities, and maintain accurate records.

This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth procurement operations and timely delivery of materials and services.

  • Prepare and process purchase orders and supplier invoices
  • Maintain up-to-date procurement databases and records
  • Engage with suppliers and facilitate communication
  • Support tender documentation and contract administration
  • Collaborate with project teams to track procurement schedules and delivery status

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong organisational and communication skills, and be eager to develop your procurement expertise within an engineering or construction environment.

Previous experience in procurement support, administration, or supply chain roles is advantageous, along with familiarity with procurement processes and terminology. Proficiency in using procurement systems is also beneficial.
