Job Title: Executive Chef

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Job2Go Pty Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Ensure that all food is prepared to a consistently high standard, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our culinary vision.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Experience: At least two years of experience as a chef in a similar role.
