Requirements

  • Valid vocational qualification in solid plastering (e.g., Certificate III in Solid Plastering) or equivalent trade recognition.
  • Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in solid plastering.
  • Proficiency in mixing and applying plaster, render, and finishing techniques.
  • Ability to work from plans and execute detailed finishing with high precision.
  • Strong understanding of Australian safety standards and workplace protocols.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
