About the Role

This School-based Traineeship is an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience working in a dynamic branch environment while completing their Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations.

You will be part of a team that aims to provide friendly and expert customer service, embracing the Reece values, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embracing Reece's values and procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate
  • Processing sales and stock management
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages/orders
  • Communicating effectively with customers and staff
  • Buidling product knowledge and providing follow-up services
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace

As a successful candidate, you will possess good communication skills, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude. You should also be a team player, willing to learn new skills, and maintain a well-presented appearance.

This is a part-time role, approximately one and a half days per week, with additional hours available during school holidays to support your progress.
