Join us in the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Department at Wollongong Hospital for a dynamic clinical development opportunity. As a Trainee, you will deliver patient care in the Antenatal and Postnatal Wards and participate in Acute Delivery Suite duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Antenatal and Postnatal Wards">
  • Participate in the department's Acute Delivery Suite activities">
  • Gain experience in Antenatal Clinics, Gynaecology Outpatients, and Theatre environments">
  • Contribute to the departmental teaching programme">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • MBBS or equivalent qualification, registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia">
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a complex clinical environment">
  • Preparedness to participate in after-hours overtime and standby rosters">
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and moderate computer skills">
  • Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary framework">
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and self-education">
  • A professional attitude and flexibility in work role">
  • At least three years' postgraduate experience in public hospital service (or equivalent)">
