The Tax Manager position offers a fantastic opportunity to lead the tax affairs of our organization and its subsidiaries across multiple jurisdictions. This role requires strong corporate tax experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure timely and accurate compliance with tax obligations in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the US.
- Lead the group's Country-by-Country, Public Country-by-Country, and Pillar Two reporting requirements.
- Support the annual audit and financial statement preparation process.
- Conduct in-house tax due diligence for acquisition targets.
- Provide transactional tax support to the M&A team and external finance teams.
- Manage the FBT return process for subsidiaries.

Requirements- 5–7 years of corporate tax experience, ideally within a chartered accounting firm.
- Chartered Accountant designation or working towards qualification.
- Strong understanding of tax effect accounting principles.
- Experience in the financial services industry is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
