Intensive Care Registrar Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Intensive Care Registrar. This exciting opportunity will provide the successful applicant with the chance to work in a well-established intensive care unit, where they can deliver high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Intensive Care and be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to rural/regional practice. They will also be willing to relocate permanently to Wangaratta.

Northeast Health Wangaratta is accredited by the College of Intensive Care Medicine for basic foundation training, making it an ideal location for doctors interested in pursuing ICU training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
  • Contribute to the development of the intensive care unit and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in educational activities and contribute to the professional development of colleagues.
Requirements:
  • General Registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
  • Experience in Intensive Care.
  • Minimum of PGY3 or above.
