Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Allied Health Administration Officer to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Allied Health Team, ensuring seamless delivery of services across multiple locations.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Allied Health Team in delivering high-quality services.
  • Develop and maintain systems for tracking hours of delivery, planning, and travel.
  • Complete financial reporting tasks for services and resources.
  • Assist with administration relating to the School Readiness Fund and NDIS.
  • Provide event support, including centre registration, communications, and resource ordering.

Requirements:

  • Relevant administration qualifications and/or 3+ years' experience working with Allied Health Practitioners.
  • Ability to work independently across a national team in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of communication skills and customer service experience.
  • Experience with Excel, Word, Forms, Outlook, Teams, and Practice management software.
  • NDIS experience highly regarded.
