About the Role:- Action end-to-end payroll processing activities, including payments, wage and salary administration, and leave entitlements.
- Interpret and apply award conditions accurately.
- Administer employee data, Workers' Comp payments, salary deductions, leave adjustments, tax, and super variations.
- Monitor the payroll ticketing system and respond to queries in a timely manner.
- Deliver ad-hoc and month-end reporting, back-pay calculations, and leave and pay reconciliations.
- Strong experience in processing end-to-end payroll in a large-scale complex environment.
- Ability to interpret different awards and EBAs in an Australian work environment.
- Knowledge of Leave, payroll tax, and Workcover and its application.
- Experience in Chris21/iChris Payroll system or Dimension/KRONOS system.
- High-level customer service skills, including interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Sound numeracy skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Knowledge of current legislation (Superannuation, Industrial Relations, Taxation, Payroll).
