Senior Christmas Team Leader

Are you ready to create a magical experience for families during the festive season? We are seeking an experienced Senior Christmas Team Leader to lead our team of Elves and ensure every visitor has a memorable time with Santa.


This is a unique opportunity to showcase your leadership skills, inspire and motivate your team, and make a real difference in the lives of our visitors. As a Senior Christmas Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, managing rosters and workflow, and welcoming families with a warm smile.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of Elves to deliver exceptional visitor experiences
  • Manage daily operations, including rosters, workflow, and customer interactions
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall visitor experience
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and drive results
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure that every visitor feels valued and respected

Requirements:
  • Proven leadership and management experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with excellent time management skills
