About the Role

Momentum Software Solutions is seeking an experienced Software Implementation Consultant to join our team. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong problem-solving skills, team collaboration, and open communication.

As a Software Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting MYOB Acumatica, a cloud-based ERP system. You will work with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to improve their operations.

The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting or a related field and experience with ERP systems. They will also be able to communicate effectively with clients, both technically and non-technically, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and support MYOB Acumatica for clients
  • Provide training and support to clients on the use of the system
  • Work with clients to identify and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

  • Proven experience in implementing and supporting ERP systems
  • Strong accounting or business background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
