**Preferred experience**

You are likely coming from a background of:

- Personal Trainer
- Naturopath
- Nurse
- Exercise Physiologist
- Nutritionist

Qualifications in one of these fields will be highly preferred. All training will be provided and you will get to use your existing anatomy, physiology, exercise and clinical knowledge on a daily basis.

**This is a technical and clinical role. You will therefore be assisting in clinical operations by participating in**:

- New Patient Examinations
- Progress and Comparative Examinations
- Bio-Structural Examinations involving digital postural analysis, range-of-motion testing and setting up for x-ray
- Neuromuscular rehabilitation
- Exercise design with a focus on nerve stretch / rehabilitation
- Fitting and teaching the use of spinal orthotics
- Leg-length inequality calculations and solutions
- Teaching graduated exercise / rehab programs
- Sleep/ergonomic/nutrition consultations
- Delivery of clinical reports

Extensive on-site and external training and support are provided. You are not expected to have experience in the role, however, a background in one of the professions listed above is advantageous.

Initial hours will be full-time but spread over 3½ consecutive days so you get a full 3½ day weekend too. Annual leave will be 4 weeks per year. Unlimited Chiropractic care and health guidance is a benefit of the role. We regularly attend national and international conferences and your participation will be required with all expenses paid.

Our office has been active in the local community for over a decade and the director has been a chiropractor for 3 decades having cared for over 10,000 patients. Our mission is to educate and adjust as many families as possible back toward optimal health through natural chiropractic care. We are a small, tight team, who work closely together and with our patients to make this mission a reality.

We see a wide variety of patients from infants to the elderly, helping people with a wide range of needs. By focussing on building health, our services are valued by those suffering from severe conditions all the way through to high-level athletes.

We have a strong emphasis on team training and education and parlay this into our practice life where we not only deliver clinical services but also an in-office educational program to maximise health outcomes. In order to do this, it is necessary that we live our personal lives to our best potential so that we can deliver on our promise to our patients.
