**Job Title:** Tax and Advisory Accountant

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Esperance, WA. As a Tax and Advisory Accountant, you will play a key role in providing tax planning and advisory services to clients.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have experience in public practice
- Working towards or completed CA/CPA qualification
- Strong communication skills with clients and team
- Proficiency in compliance tasks, reconciliation, and tax planning

About the Opportunity:

Senior Accountant Responsibilities:
- Perform core responsibilities listed above including client service, tax planning, and preparation of BAS, financials, and tax returns
- Take ownership of high-value client relationships and provide strategic advisory services
- Mentor and develop junior team members while managing complex client portfolios
