As a key member of our hearing care team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and support. You will be responsible for collaborating with clinicians and hearing technicians to provide high-quality hearing healthcare outcomes for clients.

You will learn about our products and services, as well as government funding programs. With this knowledge, you will apply tailored client-specific sales strategies to ensure they receive the best possible solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborating with clinicians and hearing technicians to deliver quality hearing health care outcomes

We are looking for an organised and customer-centric individual who is passionate about helping people improve their hearing and quality of life. If you have previous sales, administration, or customer service experience, particularly in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  • Previous sales, administration, or customer service experience in retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health
  • Experience working with an older demographic (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients
  • Higher School Certificate or TAFE Qualification
