Geotechnical Leadership Role

The National Manager Geotechnical Engineering is a senior leadership position that requires strong technical expertise and exceptional management skills. The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers and geotechnicians in delivering high-quality projects to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project teams to achieve timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through excellent communication, high-quality service, and timely delivery.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in geotechnical engineering.
  • Provide expert advice on geotechnical engineering projects and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Candidates for this role should have at least 10-15 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, relevant qualifications, and field experience. They should also possess strong leadership skills, the ability to manage teams effectively, and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in geotechnical engineering or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as PE or CEng.
  • Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel for projects.
