Join KU Children's Services as an Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at KU Sutherland Preschool. As an Occupational Therapist with KU, you will play a vital role in supporting the developmental needs of children aged birth to 7 years.

About the Role:

This is a permanent part-time opportunity, working a minimum of 2 days per week. You will have the flexibility to negotiate your hours to suit your needs. The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain respectful relationships with families and other professionals

  • Administer and score a range of assessments, including reports and feedback to families
  • Work collaboratively within a team to achieve outcomes for children
Requirements:
  • Australian recognised tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining respectful relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and oral
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office package and online databases
