Senior Development and Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Development Officer. This position requires a strong understanding of planning, development, and building matters.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to interpret and convey complex information accurately, and have high-level experience in building surveying, urban planning, or environment health. Proficiency in MS Office and GIS Mapping is also essential.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments of buildings, swimming pools, and other structures in accordance with legislation and policy guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with development approval documents and relevant legislation.
