We are expanding our team in Campbelltown and surrounding areas. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join us in making a positive impact in our community.

This role is open to Occupational Therapists of all levels of experience who are looking for full time or part time roles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing participants emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing participants to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant.
  • Providing therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based.
  • Providing support and advice on adaptations to the environment including home, school, work and residential facilities.
  • Recommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist participants with their functional limitations and promote independence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideas.
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
