About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated individual to join our Smithfield manufacturing facility. As a Factory Worker, you will be responsible for operating machinery, preparing and packing jobs for installation, assembling aluminum frames, and handling glass with attention to quality.

About You

We are looking for a team player who is willing to learn, reliable, and committed to safety. You will have solid manual handling techniques, use of hand and pneumatic tools, and be able to communicate clearly. You will also have access to on-site parking, the ability to schedule leave every Christmas, and additional paid days off for your birthday.

Eligibility
