**Position Overview**:
The E-Waste Factory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of our Smithfield facility. They ensure that the facility operates efficiently, adheres to environmental regulations, and meets production targets. The supervisor manages a team of workers and coordinates activities to maximize productivity, maintain safety standards, and achieve business goals.

**Responsibilities**:
1: Production Management

Plan, organize, and monitor production activities to meet output targets and quality standards. Coordinate with the production team to optimize workflow, ensure proper equipment utilization, and maintain smooth operations.

2: Compliance and Safety

Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies. Implement and enforce appropriate safety procedures, provide training to employees, and oversee the proper handling and disposal of e-waste materials.

3: Quality Control

Implement quality control measures to ensure that e-waste recycling processes meet established standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve any issues or non-compliance, ensuring the production of high-quality recycled materials. Supervise, maintain and implement the policies that have been set for the plant level. Ensuring the production team complies with company’s production GMP manuals and Safety requirements

4: Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels of e-waste materials and recycled products. Monitor stock levels, coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely supply, and track inventory movements accurately.

5: Training and Development

Identify training needs and provide appropriate training and development opportunities to the team. Foster a culture of continuous learning, skill enhancement, and teamwork.Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers.

**Qualification**:
1: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a similar industry, preferably in e-waste recycling or waste management. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse workforce.

2: Proficient in implementing and maintaining safety protocols and ensuring compliance.

3: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders effectively.

4: Proficiency in using relevant computer software and systems for documentation, reporting, and inventory management.

**Salary**: $63,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus

**Experience**:

- Warehouse supervisor: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (preferred)
