Clinical Case Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Clinical Case Manager in a dynamic team. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing cases on our platform. This includes ensuring all relevant information is received and assigning these cases to the radiologist team.

About the Role

This part-time position involves working 16 hours per week, with the requirement to be able to work every fourth weekend. You will form strong relationships within our worldwide team and work closely with our radiologist team to provide support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day case management - handling incoming veterinary radiology and telemedicine cases.
  • Coordinate relationship between clients and Radiologists.
  • Identifying client needs - areas for additional support.
  • Triage of urgent/critical incoming veterinary cases.
  • Trouble-shooting image transfer and software platform usage.
  • Database ownership and management.
Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of knowledge and/or experience of the veterinary industry.
  • A minimum of knowledge and/or experience in digital medical imaging.
  • Experience of coordinating multiple clients.
  • International experience is highly desirable.
  • Confident computer skills essential.
