About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Infrastructure Professional to join our team. As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and security of our cloud-based applications, networks, infrastructure, and end-user devices.

This role involves administering user accounts, permissions, and access controls across multiple SaaS applications and platforms. You will also monitor and support network, storage, and system backups, as well as manage endpoint devices for configuration, patching, and security compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls across multiple SaaS applications and platforms.
  • Monitor and support network, storage, and system backups.
  • Manage endpoint devices (desktops, laptops, mobile devices) for configuration, patching, and security compliance.
  • Assist with upgrades, deployments, and lifecycle management of IT systems and physical assets.
  • Maintain accurate asset registers and related documentation.

Network & Security:

  • Support firewall, switch, and wireless network configuration and monitoring.
  • Implement and maintain security policies for endpoints, cloud services, and network infrastructure.
  • Assist with vulnerability assessments, patch management, and incident response activities.
  • Work with the IT department and security partners to ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and standards.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in IT administration, systems support, or similar technical roles.
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Mac, and mobile device management (Android & iOS).
  • Experience managing SaaS applications, user provisioning, and identity platforms (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, Google Workspace).
  • Familiarity with endpoint protection, patch management, and IT security practices.
  • Experience with automation/scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
