Operational Excellence Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our service delivery operations at a regional level.

About the Role

In this key operational position, you will oversee and coordinate care and support to individuals living with disability and the frail aged across the Monaro-Snowy Mountains region.

You will supervise, lead, and coordinate service delivery teams who provide support across multiple locations.

  • Oversight of daily operations to ensure delivery of services in line with client needs.
  • Supervise, lead, and coordinate service delivery teams.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and funding frameworks.
About You
  • Considerable experience in the disability, aged care, or health industries in a leadership, supervisory or coordination role.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a human services field, and (ideally) qualifications in management/leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Solid negotiation skills.
