The purpose of this role is to work with our client to support their business objectives. As a Strategic Workforce Planning Partner, you will be responsible for delivering workforce planning solutions that drive business results.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in workforce planning, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing workforce planning strategies that align with business objectives
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and insights that inform workforce planning decisions
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement training programs
  • Providing guidance on recruitment and talent management strategies
