We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a wellbeing support specialist.
About the RoleThis role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in mental health recovery by providing peer support, education and wellbeing activities within adult mental health services.
Key Responsibilities- Co-develop and deliver education and wellbeing programs for adults with mental health needs.
- Provide one-to-one support and guidance to consumers on their recovery journey.
- Mentor and guide peer workers, promoting values and principles of peer support.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to enhance consumer engagement and recovery outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in peer support and recovery frameworks.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills.
- Able to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and community organisations.
- Committed to continuous professional development and improving service quality.
